Three years after the start of the multi-stakeholder network activities and thanks to joint planning and collaboration, StartNet has proven to have had a significant impact on the school-work transition of young people in the Apulia and Basilicata regions. The initiatives have involved more than 10,000 students, 400 teachers, 188 schools and 70 businesses. In the post-covid era, the challenge is to strengthen system-wide efforts to close the gaps that have become more pronounced during the pandemic. The event hosted network partners and experts in a discussion on the results obtained so far, the current situation of young people in Italy and the opportunities of the NextGenerationEU funds to relaunch them.
